For the answer of Ms. Arpita's 1st query Mr. Halakhandi is absolutely right. If salary is paid in excess of Rs. 20,000 then it should not be paid in cash as it willbe disallowed in income tax
Moreover, it will increase black money in the market coz the person to whom your are paying salary may hide his salary from the department
