I am buying gooda in 30kh sacks and then repacking it to 1kg pack of my own unregistered brand name. What tax liability will incurr to me?
And is it within the legal system?

In my view this is the business any retailer does. However since you are selling under your brand name, there would be some regulations and approvals you need to take, especially if these are edible goods.
