Tax on motor cycle by an individual

please resolve it

An individual who are register under GST

wants to sale his motorcycle which are taken in to books of account 

can he liable to pay tax on it ?

 ( though under GST as well as previous vat act set off tax on motorcycle was not allowed )

please tell me remedy along with clarification and sec
