After how much time the Equity Mutual Fund could be redeemed for it to make sure there is no tax on the redeemed amount or gain in value over the amount invested in the fund? For Example money invested in the fund during September-2014 could be redemeed now without paying any Tax?

If the mutual fund is equity oriented mutual fund than there is no tax liability if you sale it out after 1 year.
