TAX ON AMOUNT DEDUCTED FOR REARRANGED WORKINGS DAYS

Sir/Madam,

If a company deducts certain percentage on employees (Staff) salary for rearranged workings days(holiday for 2 days in a week), whether the amount deducted by the company should be included in the total income for tax calculation?

Kindly  clarify.

Do you mean to say deduction from Salary ?? Does That mean reduction in salary
Deduct certain %age towards what ?

Deduction of certain % on basic salary 

Holiday for 2 days in a week
