what is the tax Liability if I pay 4500 RS as freight to unregistered transporter.

@ 5% of 4500/-
if u r registered dealer then u have to pay 5% under RCM..for GTA....
if you are paying to unregistered gta then also. you will have to pay under Rcm under sec 9(3)
