kya nil rate aur renting room par tax lagega??

No......... but you are not eligible to Opt for Composition Scheme , As per Section 10 of CGST Act , composition dealer can supply services only 10% of Total turnover in preceding FY or 5 lac whichever is Higher

50lac Limit wala expempted supply nahi karte Sakta kindly Refer Notification 2/2019 CT .Rate .
Toh AAP 50 .lac wali scheme key liye bhi eligible nahi ho.
