As per Section 31 of CGST Act the , The Tax Invoice is to be issued before or at the time of removal of Goods.
So there is no such time limit is prescribed.
So there is no such time limit is prescribed.
As per the Provision of Section 31 of the CGST Act 2017, Tax Invoice needs to be prepared before or at the time of delivery of GOODS or making it available to the Recipient.
