can we cancel our tax invoice after filling gstr-1 but before gstr3b filling
No...
Once filed invoice in GSTR 1 return then no way for cancel the invoice.
Only way through Credit Note...

No..... there is not option in GST to cancel Tax Invoice once it's been Issued. To change in Tax invoice , the credit or debit note need to be issue as prescribed in section 34 of CGST Act
