A person having TIN no. is still making sale against retail invoice. Why can't he makes sale against Tax invoice?

Tax Invoice can only be issued to another Registered VAT Dealer, who is going to claim tax paid on Tax Invoice as Input VAT.
If a VAT Dealer having TIN number is dealing with another registered VAT Dealers and End Users i.e. consumers then he will issue Tax Invoice to Registered VAT Dealer and Retail Invoice to Consumer.

A Person Can sale agn tax invoce too but it is very necssary that the purchase having a registered dealer having tin no.
And it also complusory that you must have sale tax invioce in the same state.
