Thanks to this Forum, I came to know the difference between Bill of Sale and Tax Invoice.
Is there any Format prescribed by VAT Act for Tax Invoice?
Thanks and Regards,

as such there is not a particular format of a Tax Invoice but it mainly contains but tin no. is necessary to be there in the bill and there must be a tax invoice written on it .. which makes it different from retail invoice ...............
There are two types of invoices first retail invoice and second vat invoice . Retail invoice issued to customer who dont have tin no so they cant claim input credit from them. vat invoice issued to customer who hve tin no and they cn claim input credit from the bill..in vat invoice write the line input tax is availble on that invoice
