Sir if we borrow goods from Delhi...can we entered that invoice in our books...without obtaining the registration of CST.what are the other compilations of GST related to this matter..

Without registration of GST you cannot charge outward GST, and thus cannot take input credit. There is no restriction on booking the purchase bill, if GST paid over it. The overall/aggregate turn over if exceeds exemption limit, registration will be mandatory.
