Hi I want to know about billing when a vat registered dealer from Haryana send goods to Gujarat vat dealer .what he use for billing purpose 1. Tax invoice 2. Cash/credit memo If tax invoice then will be it stamped by vat Dept. Thanks

For Inter state sale use Retail Invoive. bucause on retail invoice purchaser do not take benifit of input credit of vat. whether this deal against C form or without forms use retail Invoive
