Dear Friends
Good Morning (another chilly morning )
Thanks for your replies.
Here both seller (Punjab) and buyer (Haryana) are registered within their respective states.
but buyer cannot claim benefit of CST paid by him to seller.
Those who are saying Tax Invoice are saying it on the basis that both are registered dealers.
Those who are saying Retail Invoice are saying it on the basis that buyer cannot claim beneift of CST paid by him.
Now i am confused with both versions.
Can anyone please mention any section, rule, circular in view of conflicting replies received.
regards
