Please help me out on below:
Company X( private limited company) invested in Company Y ( Private Limited Company) by mode equity or Private Equity.
please explain the tax implications on investments and dividend or interest income made and received by Company X respectively

no tax implications . dividend Received will be exempt. however on sale of shares CG in excess of 1lac will be chargeable to tax
