MR.A IS WORKING IN MALAYSIA ( IS OF INDIAN ORIGIN) IS NON RESIDENT AND PLANNING TO GO TO DUBAI TO JOIN AN INDIAN COMPANY.SO IS HIS SALARY TAXABLE IN INDIA???AND HOW??AND HOW CAN HE SAVE TAX??

If the person is a non resident, his tax position will not depend on the company he is joining whether it is an indian co or another co.
A non resident is not taxable for his income in india even if he is working for an indian co
