I am facing with the problem that
suppose my indian based company (my clients) made payments to UK base company for supplying the home delivery services of the goods on our behalf.
whether the amounts paid to such NRI shall be liable to TDS
Or is there any other section of income tax covers the same issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
