I need information on tax benefits for going solar in case of companies. How it can be availed ?

Hello,
A solar power project which begins to generate power before March 31, 2017 is entitled to income tax holiday for 10 years.

Thanks.

To avail taxbenefits it should generate profits from solar plant. What if there is no profit from solar due to captive consumption.

Whether it isapplicable in case of profits other than solar and offsetting in solar investment ?
