@ Harshit-
I am also filing my ITR for tuition income in ITR-4 under head Business Income.
Just make a Income & Expenditure A/c showing tuitions receipts and expenses like stationary, printing, electricity etc and fill the return.
Moreover if fee receipts is less than 150000/- then no need to maintain any books or documents.
Hope u got ur answer.

Hi,
I also have few Queries regarding my Tax Calculation.
I am a Arbitrager by Profession (Basically, Shares Trading) and I work on a profit sharing basis, I do get a Form 16A from my employer. I file my returns using the ITR4. I have few queries, if someone can asnwer them.
Q.1) My Form16A does not show anything as Conveyance allowance, Can i Still Deduct the Conveyance allowance of rs800pm from my gross income and than calculate the Tax.
Q.2) Can i Ddeduct the followng expense from my gross income and than calculate tax.
- Mobile Bills (work)
- Travelling Expense (Rickshaw & Cabs)
- Financial Consutlant (Paid him in Cash, no bill)
- Clerk working for me (Pay him in cash)
Thanks,
Harshit Patel
