Hi, Can anyone please tell me what is the tax exemption limit on dividend distribution in private limited company?
& rate of tax on DDT?
Rate of DDT is 15%+10% for surcharge +4% for cess
no exemption limit is mentioned for DDT i.e, it is always taxable in the hands of company and exempt in the hands of shareholder
