Exemption of tax for Tution fee paid by an
employee, which will taken under 80 C. Is it maximum of Rs.50000 per
child (for 2 children) or can a person claim full Rs.100000 for single child?

He can take exemption Rs 1,00,000/- for a single child also...........

total fees paid for upto 2 children limited to rs100000.(this does not include any development fees or any late fees)the education should be full time education and within india.

The limit of two childern is related to education allowance if your employer is giving to you. you can claim tution fees under 80c. there is no limit of childern upto Rs 1 lacs.
