tax deduction at source (TDS)
Agar mne TDS ke return late bhari to mujhe 200 per day ke heesab se penalty lagegi.....but mere ques ye hai jo mein penalty bharunga uss amt ke deduction le skta hun while computing my PGBP

No it is not an allowable expenditure as this is not incurred for the purpose of business.
No. penalties are not allowed for deductions...
