Tax deducted under section 80GG eligibility

Dear sir/mam,

Kindly clarify whether an individual can avail tax exemption in 80GG if he staying in the property which is owned by his parents.
Kindly confirm the limit for the same and what are all the supporting documentation to be provided to the company.
