TAX DEDUCTED AT SOURCE
Is TDS applicable on that individual , who have Annual income Rs. 3,00,000 /- ?

TDS is to be deducted on some specified type payments. It is not dependent on Income. However, if you have interest income/dividend income and your total income does not exceed basic exemption limit,then you can submit form 15G/15H so that TDS is not deducted from such payment.
