20 February 2012Hey , guys need help on this...If person is Indian resident Individual work in JAPAN for 6 months he has to fill return now so
1.How should he fill Income Tax Return ?
2.Where he should fill in abord (JAPAN) or India?
3.As Tax is deducted from his salary there (JAPAN) is can he apply for Refund as his he recevied Rs.250000 there
and if yes how?? and where in INDIA or JAPAN

Since his residence status is residence in India any amount received abroad is not taxable in India. But he has to pay tax in Japan for his earnings there. Otherwise you can use DTAA with JApan by showing earnings there.
