I am a registered dealers of cloth, Will I get tax credit of goods purchased for business purposes like vehicle,computer,Software etc

only after 1st July if and only if the capital goods purchased are helpful in supply of taxable goods and services..

and what about bills of shop expenses and stationery maintenance etc
will i get credit of that also

Dear sir/Madam,

We are running a hotel in UP and our Travel Agent/Corporate is in Delhi or other State, can we charge them IGST or not. My second query If my corporate/Agent is not in same state can we issue IGST invoice.
