So Tax computation is
IGST PAID =84311.00, CGST PAID= NA [48387.87-(23652.79+24735.08)], SGST PAID= 22701.00[ 48387.87-(23652.79+2033.89)]
IGST FULL PAID BECAUSE IT IS REFUND FROM CUSTOM HOUSE .
Tax Computation is RIGHT or wrong URGENT

Are you paid Rs. 22701 as Cash payments to SGST...?

OK SIR.............
BUT WHEN I WANT TO CLEAR THE LIABILITY & CLICK OFFSET LIABILITY IN GSTR3B RETURN , A ERROR MASSAGE SHOW " offset the IGST Tax liability before cross utilization of IGST credit against CGST & SGST tax liability".
Also note that i have put EXPORT sale at OUTWARD TAXABLE SUPPLIES(ZERO RATED) colume in 3.1 at gstr3b return.
