WE ARE IMPORT MANGANESE ORE FOR END PROCESS, BUT DEMAND OF SITUATION WE ARE SALE IT TO ANOTHER PARTY AS ACTUAL CVD AND ADDITIONAL DUTY TO PARTY. BUT SOME SAY US TO PAY EXCISE DUTY @ 6% ON PROFIT IN THIS SALE.
I NEED CLARIFICATION ABOUT THE RULES.
