How to calcualte tax for goverment employee retired in august, which tax slab will be applicable, how to do it, please quote with example

1. Based on his slab limit. However, in the case of government employee there will be retirement benefits such as PF, Gratuity Leave travel allowance. In nutshell, all these are exempted in case of a government employee.
Please correct me if the above solution has an alternative view.
