Tax audit u/s 44ad applicable
suppose for example sales turnover is rs.85 lacks,VAT rs.25lacks.In this case wheather tax audit will apply or not?thaku in advance.

No, tax audit will not be applicable as turnover will be considered as 85 lacs....
VAT payable is credited to a separate account....
