Can a CA sign tax audit report for FY 21-22 when he got membership number on 16/02/2022 and COP/FRN on 20/05/2022?

Yes, a CA can sign a tax audit report for FY 21-22 provided that he has entered into the aforesaid engagement and audit has been done by him after 20/05/2022 i.e. after taking COP from the institute.
