Please tell me whether a C.A. can forward the print out of same audit report to its clients which is being submitted to Income tax department or there is any need of giving a separate audit report sealed and signed by CA....??

Tax audit report for client.

You can give the online generated copy or you can also give the copy which is generated by the software(if you are using any software for e filing like computax).
As far as I know, the report should be signed and sealed in both the cases.As even if you see the online uploaded report, it doesnot show the digital signature of the CA anywhere.So it should be signed and sealed to make it authentic for the use of client.
You can download at any time after filing the same from incometax efilingsite.So Ca is not required to issue seperately.
