MR X is an individual with following income
Buss 1 Rs. 10000000
Buss 2 Rs. 50000
Buss 3 Rs. 45000
HP Income Rs. 20000
Other Sources Rs. 15000
Total 1,01,30,000/-
While preparing tax audit report, we have to report net profit in Form 3CD (annexure 1 part B) and also in Form 3CD (Part B - pt No 32)
In point no 32, we have considered net profit as Rs. 10095000 (i.e. only buss income), however in part B it is told to mention profit as per books which includes profit from HP and other sources also. Hence both the figures in tax audit report will mismatch. Please suggest whether above action is correct??
