Tax audit of LLP
I want to know whether tax audit for LLP is required or not if turnover is 42 Lacs and Contribution is 27 Lacs. Also whether LLP audit is required and which form is to be filed with ROC?

No not applicable.
If Turnover of the the LLP more than 40 Lacs or Contribution more than 25 Lacs then LLP Audit is required . Please refer section 34(4) of the LLP Act , and rule 24 of he LLP rule 2009, You in your case LLP audit is required.
