Whether tax audit is compulsory for company if turnover is less than 1 crore.?????

No required if declare profit above 6% or 8%
what about in case of loss???
Audit not required
in case of company provision of 6 or 8 not appliable
Compulsory audit turnover under GST is fixed at ₹ 2crore
Tax audit is not compulsory in this case as Section 44AD & 44ADA are not applicable in case of company
