Is there any way avbailable for institute to check how much audit has been done by each auditor in a fin year

i know that tax audit limit is 45.
My Question is how the institute will verify whether every auditor is compying with these requirements?

The membership no. & other details of the auditor is written in the ITR of the person he audited,
I think here the CA can get caught..
I don't think there is any provision made by ICAi in this regard.
