Hi .. one of my client is having 2 proprietory business both under tax audit
So how shld I file his tax audit report it's ratios and disclosure and all?

Nothing to worry. He can combine all his businesses and show in his ITR and 3CD.
Tax filing is based on PAN number. He can have multiple businesses and trade names.
