What is the due date for tax audit report filing if transfer pricing involved?

The due date of filing the Income Tax return for that year i.e 30th September, or within 90 day's of entering into an agreement, whichever is later.

As the due date for filing return of income for assessee required to furnish a report under section 92E in 3CEB is 30th November, 2012 , tax audit due date is also 30th november under explanation II to section 44AB.
