Tax Audit Due Date

I hope there will be no extension.

No announcement as such on the same. CWG cannot be a reason for extention as it starts in October and it has nothing to do with tax audits.

as on date no notification or announcement so wait for some announcement.

As of today there is no notification.

do you know the due dates for any taxes payment or duties payment you can get them from www.icwai.org website at right bottom of the website screen.where its written as Due Dates Calender (Taxes/ Returns)

THE ESTEEMED DEPSARTMENT MAKES THE ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY ON 24TH HOUR OF LAST DAY FR FILING RETURN AS THEY DID IN JULY

SO WAIT N WATCH

There may not be any extenstion for Tax Audit case for the FY2009-10

but the IT department always announces the extention only on the last day..and also,CWG is for the 1st time in india..also in the capital..so it may disturb the normal functioning of the business there..that's why my doubt is.

what we can say . . . 

wait and watch or fill it within time.

You may expect the extenstion, But nevertheless better to complete all the Tax Audit before 15.10.2010
