Dear friends, My company was incorporated last year, Aug 2021. Last year's total gross receipt was 2,00,000 and net profit was less than 6%. Is a tax audit required to be done? If yes, then under which section? Please help.

Whether the company was incorporated under companies act, 2013?
If yes, tax audit under sec. 44AB of income tax act is not applicable.
