i have some case of Tax audit now, what can i do, If i file return then U/S271B penlaty is attract.
kindly Suggest me what can i do.

yeah you are liable for penalty but penalty can be prayed and dismissed on VALID GROUNDS such as accountant is ill.
PS. They may ask for MEDICAL CERIFICATE in such cases.
