My client sales Turn over Rs. 5939844/- Gross Receipt 5924227/-

this case compulsory tax audit 44 A/B ?

limit has been incresed from 60 lacs to 1 crore

For audit u/s 44AB, gross receipts must be above Rs. 60 lakhs for A.Y. 2012-13.
