Tax audit is conducted by the CA only. its applicable to all assessees whose Turnover exceed Rs 1 crore. CA conduct the audit and check all the relvent documents. Specific format for tax audit has provided to CA which is called form 3cb/3cd and 3ca. specific particulars given under form 3cd which is considered by CA while conducted tax audit. there are 31 clauses given under form 3cd which is most important points. all clauses are important.
