wat exactly to be checked under TAX audit other then purchase sale expense whose turnover exceed 1 CR? ?

I think no more others.
Bcoz, the business is also under above said transactions then what is next details check...!
But,
Tax Audit conducted to all the documents reality. It means All transactions get it the support documents like bills in every transactions.
When CA get satisfied at the time of all support documents in his hands over by the client. Then only CA file the ITR....

Tax audit is conducted by the CA only.
its applicable to all assessees whose Turnover exceed Rs 1 crore.
CA conduct the audit and check all the relvent documents.
Specific format for tax audit has provided to CA which is called form 3cb/3cd and 3ca.
specific particulars given under form 3cd which is considered by CA while conducted tax audit.
there are 31 clauses given under form 3cd which is most important points. all clauses are important.
CA considered all Clauses and reported accordingly.
form 3cb and 3ca is reporting segment for company and firm respectively.
