Tax audit
One of my friend is asked to do tax audit report for last 3 year i.e. 31.3.14 31.3.15 31.3.16, can it be done if client is ready to pay penalty u/s 271B? Is there any liability on CA signing report?

there will be no liability on CA. i had recently filed form 10b for a trust for last 3 years
it will be same for tax audti u/s 44AB?
In above case tax audit is u/s 44AB?
No liability for CA. Same as sec 44AB
form 10B form10BB and decalring below 8% as income u/s 44AD are not counted as 44AB.
you can file tax audit report for past years. No problem
No liability of CA in this case
