Ten, he is supposed to b an employee.
As per sec.226(3) officer or employee of the co., cannot do tax audit.

no he cant do because he is employee of co.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
