A trust has been proving service to public (by giving free medicines) without expecting or asking anything but somebody given any donations do not rejects and that donations uses for public purpose only. Is it liable to pay tax?

If it is a charitable trust registered u/s 12AA of the income tax act such donations will be exempt from income tax.
