Is TAN required for non audit cases of Individual ?
Rent payment per month exceeds 50000/- per month .
Owner of the property is non resident.
Is Tds applicable ?
Do we need TAN ?
What if NRI has no PAN ?
Feel like it is based on practical issues.
As per my knowledge TDS is applicable under section ,194IB @ 5%
