In Case of Addition of New Branches by an Existing Co having a TAN No,Is it mandatory to intimate the Tax authority regardin the Addition even though the co. has centralised billing System. For Example : A Co Has been Incorporated in 2000 having place of business in New Delhi having a TAN No., opens a new branch at Mumbai in 2011 ,Is there any requirement for intimating the Authorities with regard to the new Branch at Mumbai or they have to take a new Pan for Mumbai Branch.
