A Ltd. Company had set up a Unit in SEZ, Whether it is necesaary to take a separate TAN no. for the SEZ unit or the company can use its existing TAN no. for the purpose of deducting TDS in SEZ unit ?

No need to obtain TAN separately you can use existing only.
Income Tax act does not prescribe any separate TAN for SEZ, hence the existing can be used.
