Tan error when paying tds

HELLO ALL FRIENDS 

I LIKE TO SHARE ONE PROBLEM 

One of my clien pay tds throw SBI and in process of paying tds liability bank uploaded wrong TAN of assessee in the challan so that my client not geeting the credit of amount paid,

further Income Tax department issue the notice of under payment of tds liability and Now above bank give us certificate certyfying the error occured.

Now i want to the solution of the same problem.
